Selection Process for DSSSB TGT Recruitment 2024 :

The selection of candidates for TGT and Drawing Teacher positions will be based on a single-tier Computer-Based Test (CBT). The CBT will assess your knowledge and skills in the following areas:

  • Child Development and Pedagogy: This section evaluates your understanding of child development principles and effective teaching methodologies.

  • Content Knowledge: This section tests your subject-specific knowledge relevant to the TGT subject you applied for.

  • Language Comprehension: This section assesses your ability to read, comprehend, and analyze information presented in English and Hindi.

The DSSSB will normalize the scores obtained in the CBT to account for any difficulty variations between different test sessions. The normalized scores will be used to prepare the final merit list and determine the selection of candidates.

Additional Tips:

  • Start Preparing Early: Dedicate ample time to studying for the CBT. Utilize relevant study materials, mock tests, and previous years' question papers to solidify your subject knowledge and sharpen your test-taking skills.

  • Stay Updated: Regularly visit the official DSSSB website for any updates or changes related to the recruitment process.
