UGC NET Social Work Exam Pattern is two papers held in a single session with an overall time limit of 3 hours. Both the papers have multiple choice type questions. Paper-I is common for all the students which is intended to assess the teaching and research aptitude, analytical reasoning, comprehension, communication abilities etc. It consists of 50 questions having total 100 marks. Paper-II has 100 questions worth of 200 marks related to the subject social work. Thus there are total 150 questions with 300 marks.
